Robert Simpson founder of Impact Results spent over 18 years in Service Management for a variety of dealerships, and during that time came to the realization that the service marketing industry simply did not have a solid understanding of great customer communication methods or messages. So, in 1995 he started Impact Dealer Services and in 2012 Impact Results. Robert brought to the industry a fresh new perspective on what CRM is all about, and how to best approach it. The analysis of customer data and development of marketing strategies to rifle shot the communication to the customers have been widely embraced by more than 300 dealers from coast to coast.


We don't coach the players or play on the field!

It not all about the marketing, it's about people processes and product because if a team plays poorly or more common lacks resources, it makes our job hard to put fans in the stands so with an open consultative approach with our clients we analyze business operations and make recommendations to maximize our marketing efforts.
